Expleo is working closely as a preferred supplier to a UK-based OEM, recruiting for a HiL Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing test rigs, primarily focusing on dSPACE or NI, based in Warwickshire, on a permanent basis.

Background, skills, and experience required for the HiL Commissioning Engineer position:

1. Experience with automotive simulation packages: IPG Carmaker, dSPACE ASM, Simpack.
2. Experience using dSPACE HiL software packages: ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ModelDesk, AutomationDesk.
3. Hands-on experience in commissioning hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) solutions with knowledge of dSPACE SCALEXIO, MicroAutobox hardware, restbus simulation, and simulation model (IPG or ASM) integration.
4. Automotive industry experience.
