A UK-based engineering company is seeking a HiL Commissioning Engineer to develop test rigs predominantly focused on dSPACE or NI systems. This role requires hands-on experience in automotive simulation software and commissioning HiL solutions. Qualifications

• Experience working with automotive simulation packages: IPG Carmaker, dSPACE ASM, Simpack.
• Background in using dSPACE HiL software packages (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk).
• Proven experience in commissioning HiL solutions and working with dSPACE SCALEXIO.

Responsibilities

• Developing test rigs primarily focused on dSPACE or NI.
• Integrating simulation models (IPG or ASM) into HiL systems.

Expleo are working very closely as a preferred supplier to a UK based OEM, who are actively recruiting for a HiL Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The role will see the associate developing test rigs, with the primary focus on dSPACE or NI, based in Warwickshire, on a permanent basis.

Background, skills and experience required for the HiL Commissioning Engineer position:

• Experience working with automotive simulation packages: IPG Carmaker, dSPACE ASM, Simpack.

• A background in using dSPACE HiL software packages (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ModelDesk and AutomationDesk).

• Proven hands-on experience in commissioning hardware-In-the-loop (HiL) solutions with working knowledge and expertise in: dSPACE SCALEXIO and MicroAutobox hardware, restbus simulation and simulation model (IPG or ASM) integration.

• Automotive Industry experience.
