Job summary

Marlborough Highways is seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor to join the Havering contract team. You will lead safe, compliant delivery of highway maintenance and improvement works across the borough, coordinating operational teams, subcontractors and the client to meet quality standards and programme timescales.

You will be responsible for RAMS, site inductions, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies, reporting on performance KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

NRSWA, SSSTS and CSCS are required qualifications.
Experience supervising highway maintenance works is essential.
Strong focus on health and safety and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead safe completion of allocated highway sites and ensure compliance.
Prepare and monitor RAMS, inductions and inspections.
Organise labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to deliver works.
Monitor quality and performance, deliver KPIs and SLAs.
Record activities in contract management systems and report anomalies.
