Caval Limited is recruiting an experienced Highways Project Manager to oversee a major road reconstruction in Peterborough. The role is site-based, hands-on, and involves managing streetworks, cycle lanes, and 278 works to deliver the project on time and safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Highways PM.
• Essential: Highways experience.
• Proven experience managing highways and civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and highways operations.
• Valid CSCS and relevant supervisory certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, site-based position overseeing highways maintenance works with a focus on streetworks.
• Oversee new cycle lanes and road construction.
• Manage 278 works and supervise site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and on time.
