• Experience leading on highways or civil engineering schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture on site and ensure HS&E compliance with project plans.
• Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement short-term programmes from the master schedule.
• Identify and manage changes, risks and site issues proactively.
• Ensure works align with method statements and targets.
• Monitor productivity and drive performance against programme.
• Plan and manage plant, materials and labour requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and diaries.
• Work with engineers and designers to resolve on-site challenges.
• Contribute to value engineering and efficient construction methodologies.
