Job summary

Essential qualifications include SMSTS certification and a CSCS Card at the manager level.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Works Manager or similar role in highways or civil engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of highways construction processes.
• First Aid certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site highways works including earthworks and drainage.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
• Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors.
