Job summary

NHS is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to lead and deliver integrated pharmacy services focused on cardiovascular patient care. Job summary

To support leading, delivering, developing and evaluating clinical pharmacy services to patients in cardiovascular in accordance with the objectives set between the Specialty Clinical Lead, Directorate General Manager and Principal Pharmacist Cardiovascular. To be a role model in the field of cardiovascular and provide a consistently high pharmaceutical service for patients in line with GSTT corporate objectives.

Main duties of the job

As a key member of the team, you will support the delivery of clinical services to patients with cardiovascular disease. See JD and PS for further details.

The cardiovascular services at our foundation trust are one of the largest and most comprehensive in the UK. We are looking for an experienced and committed clinical pharmacist to deliver clinical pharmacy services to our directorates. Essentially you should be able to demonstrate the ability to appropriately recommend, substantiate and communicate therapeutic options for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
