Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with experience in stroke rehabilitation to join the innovative Waltham Forest Integrated Stroke Pathway. This role involves working on a Rehabilitation Stroke Unit and in the community, promoting self-management and inter-disciplinary collaboration. The successful candidate will develop assessment and treatment skills, share professional leadership, and participate in service improvement initiatives. Suitable for experienced Band 6 or Band 7 therapists passionate about stroke rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced assessment, treatment, and management of stroke patients, including diagnosis and occupational therapy programs.
• Develop efficient OT processes supporting a multi-professional team approach.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Lead Therapist to enhance service delivery.
• Supervise and support staff within your clinical area, potentially across multiple sites or specialties.

Person Specification

Additional Details
