Would you like to combine advanced case work with leading a small Psychology and Occupational Therapy team in Older People’s Mental Health community services? This is an exciting opportunity for a Band B Principal Psychologist to develop and deliver Stepped Care Therapies Services for older people, and be part of the clinical leadership team.

Combine advanced case work with leadership of a small multidisciplinary team. Lead in developing and delivering Stepped Care Therapies for older adults. Engage in professional development, research, and innovation. Participate in supervision, training, and intervention development. Travel independently across the county is required; a full UK driving licence and vehicle are necessary.
The team collaborates with Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses, and Memory Assessment Services. Responsibilities include clinical activity, case reviews, formulation, supervision, training, and developing interventions for long-term conditions.
