Job Summary
We are looking for two excellent clinicians (0.6 wte) with the vision and enthusiasm to help develop the psychology input within the Ealing SOAMHS team in collaboration with psychology colleagues and other members of the multidisciplinary team. There is a huge variety of work within this role and you will play a key part in enabling the more therapeutic nature of support throughout the service as well as providing and supervising clinical interventions. The team is small so you will be working with the whole range of mental health problems. You will promote psychological thinking within the MDT and the wider system around the patient through consultation and collaboration with partner agencies as well as supporting outreach with a wide range of community resources and organisations. As the service is new, it is likely that it will change in response to the needs that are identified within the community, so you will need to be flexible in your thinking and approach to patient care.

The service forms part of a planned and integrated whole system approach to care that is delivered in conjunction with in-patient, crisis, and specialist services, including the other services available within Ealing Community Partners which delivers frailty and other related services for the Trust.
