Barnsley Hospital NHS FT in England is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join as Team Lead in our acute hospital services. You will provide specialist clinical expertise in the assessment and management of patients with complex dysphagia and/or communication impairments across medicine, care of the elderly, respiratory, cardiology, stroke and critical care.
As Team Lead, you will provide clinical leadership to the Speech and Language Therapy team and wider MDT, supporting excellent clinical practice, professional development and service improvement. You will play an important role in implementing NHS frameworks, quality standards and evidence-based practice.
