Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with strong CS/SE background is preferred.
• Proficient in Python/Java/C# and relational databases.
• Experience with semantic web, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
• Skilled in REST APIs and data modelling for scientific data.
• Familiar with graph databases like GraphDB/Neo4J and SPARQL.
• Experience in scientific domains and ability to publish results.

Responsibilities

• Develop data engineering solutions using semantic web tech and knowledge graphs.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver projects for industry, environment and health.
• Contribute to idea generation, bidding support and digital service concepts.
• Produce technical documentation and scientific publications.
• Travel nationally and internationally as needed for delivery.
