Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant secondary school in Manchester. This is a long-term, classroom-based role with opportunities for training and progression.

The ideal candidate will have an early years qualification, or be an ECT, and any TA or SEN experience would be advantageous. You will join a supportive team near the M13 area with strong leadership and excellent transport links.

Qualifications

• Early years qualification or ECT; TA experience is beneficial.
• SEN experience would be advantageous in supporting diverse learners.
• Ability to work well within a supportive school team and adapt to pupil needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
• Assist with behaviour management and pupil welfare, ensuring a positive classroom environment.
