We are seeking an excellent, energised Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at The Radstone Primary School to assist with the supervision and teaching of whole classes and plan, prepare learning activities for small groups including supporting individual pupils with high needs. We are looking for flexible staff that can work in both whole class settings and a 1:1 basis with pupils. The post-holders will be reflective and forward thinking, successful practitioners with a passion for learning (for both the pupils and themselves).
