Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children's learning and welfare.

• Able to fit in with hardworking staff and nurture pupils.
• Term time only; 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher and SENCo in teaching and welfare of children.
• Teach whole classes during PPA time and occasional cover.
• Provide feedback to pupils and report progress to teachers.
• Support 1:1 pupils or groups to enhance pupil achievement.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safe, orderly learning environments.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in relevant training.
• Supervise pupils during playtimes and off-site activities as directed.
