Job summary

Aspire People are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work on a supply basis across Northampton and surrounding areas.

We are looking for confident education professionals who are passionate about supporting pupils and making a positive impact in schools, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience as HLTA or teaching assistant or similar education role.
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage pupils.
• Confident delivering lessons and supporting whole-class learning.
• Right to work in the UK; enhanced DBS on Update Service (desirable).

• Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Location: Northampton and surrounding areas
• Contract: Supply / Temporary
• Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

As an HLTA, you may be required to support teachers with classroom delivery, lead lessons and activities, provide targeted support to pupils and help maintain a positive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience working as an HLTA, Teaching Assistant or within a similar education role
• Has strong classroom management skills
• Is confident delivering lessons and supporting whole-class learning
• Is passionate about helping children achieve their potential
• Is adaptable and able to work across different school environments
• Is reliable, professional and committed
• Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable)
• Has the right to work in the UK
