Job description

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £23,874 - £26,765 per annum (£31,548-£35,369 FTE)

Hours: 32.5 per week

About the Academy

The Academy is a state-of-the-art, Area Special School located in Northstowe, Cambridgeshire, opened in 2020. Recently graded as Outstanding by Ofsted in all four areas, it caters to children and young people aged 3 to 19 with complex and significant learning needs, including autism spectrum condition and physical and sensory impairments. The school provides a balanced, tailored education to meet individual needs and has established strong community links, fostering collaboration with other schools within the Trust.

The Role
