Job summary

Oasis Academy Parkwood in Scunthorpe is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learning across year groups with whole school PPA cover. You will lead sessions, support teaching, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment for every student.

This role targets experienced TAs/HLTAs capable of leading lessons, driving progress, and collaborating with staff to sustain high standards of attainment and safeguarding across the academy.
