You’ll work across the academy providing whole school PPA cover, leading learning for classes, small groups and individual students, while collaborating closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and drive high standards of achievement. From leading full lessons to delivering targeted interventions, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment; delivering high quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, supporting planning, preparation and assessment, leading learning at whole class, small group and 1:1 level, providing clear feedback on progress and contributing to reports, and supporting student behaviour, engagement and wellbeing.
