Job summary

Silkmore Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA who is passionate about securing positive outcomes for children. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised, and flexible, with strong communication skills to build relationships with pupils, families and professionals.

You will cover classes using planning and resourcing, supporting learning and helping learners progress across the primary curriculum, while contributing to a collaborative school environment within REAch2

Qualifications

• Level 2 or above in English and Maths is required.
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable.
• Good written and spoken English and a solid understanding of Maths.
