Qualifications

  • Must have Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Experience with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is essential.

Job description

Elevate Your Career: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Required, Starting November 2024

Location: Near Purley

Compensation: GBP14.00 - GBP15.28 per hour

Annual Salary Range: GBP25,015.20 - GBP27,302.30 (Equivalent to GBP29,120.00 - GBP31,782.40 FTE)

Employment Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term Time Only

  1. Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, with GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above).
  2. Experience: A solid understanding of and experience with students with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD, along with a strong grasp of safeguarding and behaviour management.
