Job summary

Academics is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools across Rotherham. This temporary role runs Monday to Friday (8:30AM - 3:30PM) with a competitive daily rate of 100-145 GBP, dependent on experience.

You will support teachers, cover and lead lessons, run small group interventions, track pupil progress, and ensure safeguarding standards across varied year groups.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification (Level 4 CACHE) or BA Hons / MA in Education.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
