Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a HLTA to join our academy as soon as possible on a full time,temporary basis until August 2027.
As a HLTA, you will complement teachers' delivery of thecurriculum and contribute to the development of other support staff, pupils andacademy policies and strategies. You will work collaboratively with teachingstaff and assist them in the whole planning cycle and themanagement/preparation of resources. You will supervise whole classes duringthe short term absence of teachers. You will provide support to pupils,teachers and the academy in order to raise standards of achievement for all, byutilising your advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting withplanning, monitoring, assessing and managing classes and to encourage pupils tobecome independent learners. You will provide support for pupil welfare andsupport the inclusion of pupils in all aspects of academy life.
