Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. (ECT's are encouraged to apply to gain invaluable experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
