Job summary

Oldbury Academy seeks a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver interventions in the SEND hub for Key Stage 3 and 4 students. This role is vital for monitoring student progress and helping them achieve success within a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a school setting with SEND students is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support and monitor student progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee a wide range of interventions within the SEND hub.
• Monitor student progress and provide support for student success.

Job description

Contract:Permanent

Hours:Part Time (32.5 hours per week)

Weeks:Term Time Plus One Week

Start Date:As soon as possible

Salary:Grade 7 - SCP 18 to SCP 23 (£30,559 to £33,366) Pro Rata

Actual Salary: £23,378 to £25,525 per annum - Pay Rise Pending

The Role

We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Academy.You will be delivering and overseeing a wide range of interventions within our SEND hub for students in both key stage 3 and 4. You will have an integral role with monitoring student progress and supporting our students to succeed.
