Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Supply Desk are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dynamic team in High Wycombe, starting in September 2025.

  • Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
  • Start Date: September 2025
  • Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
  • Contract Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teaching across all key stages.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement personalised learning strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one support for students with specific learning needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role is desirable
