Wood Field Primary School in Greater London is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support teachers and pupils. You will deliver targeted interventions, contribute to lessons, and, where appropriate, lead activities to help pupils reach their potential, including pupils with SEND.
You will work closely with the SENCo to track pupil progress, implement EHCP/IEP targets, and maintain high standards of communication with families.
About the Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help deliver high-quality learning experiences for pupils. You will provide targeted support to individuals and groups, contribute to lesson delivery and, where appropriate, lead learning activities to help pupils achieve their full potential.
