Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: West London (UB7)
Position Type: Full-time, Term Time Only

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and confident HLTA to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in West London. You’ll be working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning, provide cover when needed, and support pupils across a range of subjects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading small-group and whole-class sessions when required
  • Supporting teaching and learning across all key stages

  • Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff

What we’re looking for:

  • HLTA status or significant experience as a TA with a willingness to progress
  • Confidence in leading sessions and managing behaviour effectively
  • Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and reliable approach to supporting children’s learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
