Job summary

Academics is seeking a flexible HLTA to support primary schools in and around Dartford, Kent. The role offers regular or ad-hoc days and aligns with your availability for supply work.

You will assist across year groups, deliver targeted interventions, and support pupils while maintaining a positive classroom environment and collaborating with teachers.

Qualifications

• HLTA with recent experience in primary settings.
• Confident, reliable and adaptable.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Able to work across different primary school settings and year groups.

Responsibilities
