Outcomes First Group is seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join Park School, a specialist day school for 7-18 year olds. You will support personalised learning, deliver lessons, and work with teachers, therapists and the wider school team to help pupils overcome barriers and achieve meaningful outcomes.
You will plan and deliver engaging activities, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
