Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or HLTA Apprentice to join our Learning Enhancement Department.
In this vital role, you will work closely with students to build confidence, independence, and academic achievement. You will support learners both in and out of the classroom, help shape Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment.
For those new to the role, we offer a structured apprenticeship pathway leading to a recognised HLTA qualification. You will benefit from expert mentoring, hands-on experience, and professional training, gaining skills that will shape your career in education.
Ideal candidates will bring compassion, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and experience or interest in SEND education. You will also play a part in our vibrant co-curricular and pastoral life, contributing to the full King’s School experience.
