Opportunity: Exciting opportunity for a dedicated HLTA to support students in a secondary school in Braintree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering lessons to support individual and small group learning.
• Provide differentiated support for students with varying needs.
• Support students' academic progress and give feedback on their work.
• Promote a positive learning environment encouraging student participation.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to monitor progress and provide additional support.
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Inspire students to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and the role of a teaching assistant.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for supporting student achievement.
• GCSEs or equivalent Grade C (Pass) or above.
