Job summary

Pearson in the United Kingdom is seeking an Advanced Specialist Sales professional to lead growth within higher education. You will drive revenue across Higher National License, HTQ, L3 BTEC and apprenticeship services, while fostering strategic partnerships with universities and FE providers.

You will combine education sector knowledge with commercial discipline, using insight to shape account plans, prioritise opportunities and deliver sustained revenue growth for Pearson’s HE and FE solutions

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management or related commercial role in education or training.
• Strong understanding of vocational qualification landscape in England.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with universities, colleges and stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with ability to develop pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of higher education customers.
• Drive revenue across Higher National License and HTQ/LLE/HN Flex offerings.
• Build pipeline through prospecting, reviews, presentations and follow-up.
• Develop strategic relationships with university stakeholders and Pearson colleagues.
• Identify opportunities across HE, FE provider networks and partnerships.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and account plans.
