You will handle high-volume supplier invoices, matching against PO and delivery notes, perform reconciliations, and resolve invoice queries while maintaining accurate ledgers. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good at resolving supplier invoice queries and queries from internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Matching, batching and coding a high volume of supplier invoices.
• Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Carrying out payment reconciliations.
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries.
• Ensuring invoices are processed and paid within agreed payment terms.
• Maintaining accurate Purchase Ledger records.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments as required.
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required.
