Job summary

Redline Group is seeking a Service Technician to join an innovative engineering team in Dover, Kent. The role focuses on maintenance, repair, and validation of high-voltage test equipment and cable test van systems.

You will develop your field knowledge under peers and senior engineers, covering safety standards, high-voltage servicing processes, and customer-site operations. Responsibilities include defining service requirements, carrying out servicing and diagnostics, documenting procedures,

Qualifications

Must have Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Strong diagnostic skills with diagnostic tools and reporting systems.
Experience with electrical systems, fault finding and high-voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

Define service requirements and maintenance specifications with service, engineering and customer support teams.
Carry out servicing, inspections and repairs on high-voltage instruments and cable test vans.
Develop and execute service procedures for maintenance, inspections and repairs.
Debug and validate electrical systems using test equipment such as multimeters and diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers for seamless service delivery.
