• The successful Solicitor will manage and grow a caseload involving high-value residential conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfer of equity, and shared ownership.
• You will work in a busy, expanding team within a well-known southwest firm and will be committed to offering excellent service to clients at all levels.
• You will undertake a broad range of work for a variety of clients.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Property Senior Associate / Partner with at least 7 years PQE.
• You should be communicative and able to form lasting relationships with clients.
• Personable and able to work well using your own initiative.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Confidence and interpersonal skills when speaking to clients and colleagues.
