TSR Legal have a new and rare opportunity for a Senior Associate / Partner to join an award winning national firm.

The Firm:

The Role:

• The successful Solicitor will be managing and growing a caseload involving a range of high value residential conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfer of equity, shared ownership.
• You will be working in a busy, expanding team within a well-known, south west firm and will be committed to offering excellent service to clients at all levels.
• Working a varied caseload, you will undertake a broad brush of work for a variety of clients.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Property Senior Associate / Partner with at least 7 years PQE.
• You should be communicative and have the ability to form lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Personable.
• Able to work well using own initiative.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Confidence and interpersonal skills when speaking to clients and colleagues.
