Randstad Inhouse Services is seeking operatives with high speed packing line experience for a long term temporary role in West Thurrock, Grays, Essex. The successful candidate will autonomously operate production lines, manage equipment, and contribute to department results.

Qualifications

• Basic analytical skills and ability to learn.
• Strong technical mastery and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic PC literacy (Word, Excel, QW).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible in working hours.
• Priority setting and decision-making.
• Effective communication and training abilities.
• Previous experience on a high speed production line.

Responsibilities

• Own the results of your line and equipment.
• Operate production line autonomously and meet line targets.
• Complete weight checks and quality checks.
• Manage label reels, scrap bins and glue refills.
• Maintain accurate tracking documentation in system.
• Perform size changes and Maple editing as required.
• Carry out line sanitation and housekeeping.
• Cover line leader breaks and uphold code of conduct.
