Job summary

ManpowerGroup UK is seeking Production Operatives to join a fast-paced logistics environment on a brand-new high-speed production line. You will be part of a tight-knit team of 8-10 operatives, working to keep the line running efficiently and safely at pace of 8 packs per minute.

The role is temporary ongoing, Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00 with a 1 hour unpaid break, totaling 45 hours per week. This is long-term ongoing work with weekday hours and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-speed production environment is essential
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Reliable, positive, and able to work consistently at pace
• A team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Working on a high-speed packing line, placing flavoured cans into packs
• Wrapping, twisting, bending, and assembling product components
• Building and making up flat-packed cardboard packaging
• Keeping up with the pace of 8 packs per minute
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workstation
• Working collaboratively within a supportive production team
