Job summary

The successful candidate will support RSD athletics, work flexible hours, and model positive behavior for youth. A high school diploma and 18+ age are required; experience in supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferable experience supervising athletics, recreation, education, or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student athletes.
• Stay current with rules, coaching techniques, schemes, and best practices.
• Monitor student-athletes to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Place student-athletes in positions to succeed in sport and in life.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication with staff, officials, and students.
