Job summary

Howdens is seeking a commercially driven Regional Contract Sales Manager to grow our High Rise Contracts division across Bristol and Southampton. You will win new business, build relationships with developers and construction professionals, and take opportunities from enquiry to contract award.

You will attend client meetings, prepare tenders, and collaborate with kitchen designers to deliver practical solutions while managing a strong sales pipeline and forecasting accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in construction, interiors, housing, kitchens, or related sectors.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and grow existing high-rise contract accounts.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors and housing providers.
• Identify, pursue and convert new project opportunities from enquiry to contract award.
