Job description

Overview

The High-Performance Manager is the driving force behind a culture of excellence at Smart Currency Group. This hands-on role sets and enforces clear standards, ensuring performance is measured not just by outcomes, but by mindset, work ethic, and the ability to inspire others. You will equip managers to lead with accountability, run rigorous reviews, and build an environment where grit, hard work, ambition, and delivery are the norm. High performers will be stretched. Underperformance will be tackled head-on. Your mission: make excellence expected - and achievable - for everyone.

Ideal Background

We are seeking someone with practical experience in building and sustaining high performance cultures. This could come from:

  • A high-performance business environment (e.g. elite sales, consultancy, scale-up operations)
  • A sports performance or coaching background, particularly with experience in performance systems and mindset development
  • A disciplined, performance-focused culture such as military or elite training academies

Candidates who combine experience across sport and business, or have coached in both environments, are especially encouraged to apply.
