Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for immediate starts across Northampton and surrounding areas. You will support Key Stage 1 and 2, delivering targeted interventions, covering lessons when needed, and tracking pupil progress.

Ideal candidates will hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent experience, with strong behaviour management and confidence in leading whole-class learning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Lead small-group interventions across core curriculum subjects.
