Oaklands School seeks an experienced HLTA to support personalised education and therapeutic interventions across the school. You will lead 1:1 and small-group sessions, support curriculum access, and contribute to planning, assessment and professional development.
You will work under teaching staff and senior leaders, plan tailored activities, use PECS/Makaton/visuals, and implement Zones of Regulation to support pupils with complex needs. Safeguarding and collaborative practice are essential.
