Start Date: 1st September 2025
Grade: 8, £31,586 to £34,314 FTE per annum
Actual Salary: £22,946.12 to £24,927.92 per annum (based on 31.25 hours per week, term time only plus INSET days)
Hours: 31.25 hours per week
Please note: working hours may be subject to change in response to operational needs. Any proposed changes would be discussed in consultation with the successful candidate at interview.
Contract: Permanent

The Role
We are seeking an outstanding, creative, and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will work across the primary phase to support teaching and learning, including delivering planned lessons to whole classes during teachers’ Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. Planning time will be provided as part of the role, and the HLTA will work under the direction and supervision of the class teacher or senior leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone enthusiastic about teaching and learning and keen to gain experience across the primary years.
