Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a High Intensity Therapist (Band 7) to join the North Tyneside Talking Therapies service on a fixed-term 6-month maternity cover. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with flexible/part-time options and a pro rata salary of £49,387–£56,515.

You will deliver CBT to clients with moderate to complex mental health problems and work in a blended model, with home-based and base-site therapy.

Formación

• Graduate level qualification in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or psychology with post graduate training in CBT/EMDR/IPT to Masters level.
• Accredited with, or working towards accreditation with the BABCP (CBT trained).
• Qualification in clinical supervision.
• Other qualifications to deliver IAPT compliant high intensity therapies (e.g., IPT/EMDR).

Responsabilidades

• Provide high intensity CBT interventions to clients with moderate to complex mental health problems.
• Work within North Tyneside Talking Therapies service with supervision and caseload support.
• Role models compassionate leadership and promotes learning and quality improvement.
• Ensure timely documentation and communication with referrers.
