Qualifications

• Proven experience in an accounts payable role.
• High-volume processing and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process invoices following approved workflows and escalate discrepancies.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate mismatches with relevant teams.
• Record invoices across AI solutions and ERP systems with accuracy.
• Process a high volume of invoices to tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries promptly.
• Run regular supplier payments and ensure timely cash postings.
• Maintain a clean ledger and support month-end close activities.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and drive efficiencies.
