SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional for a fast-paced, high-volume environment in Leeds. You’ll manage supplier invoices, ensure accurate processing and timely payments, and collaborate across procurement, operations, and finance leadership.

The role offers exposure to a rapidly expanding global brand, with opportunities to develop AP expertise and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable in a high-volume environment.
• Strong Excel and data management capabilities.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process invoices with correct approvals and escalation of discrepancies.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate mismatches with relevant teams.
• Record and maintain invoices across ERP systems, keeping data accurate.
• Process high volumes of invoices to tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Run weekly payments and ensure timely, correct supplier payouts.
• Maintain a clean ledgers through regular housekeeping and query resolution.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and support team members as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and implement efficiencies.
