Based on previous banking’s this opportunity will give you the potential to earn £80k

Overview:

Flagship estate agency branch in the Croydon area requires and experienced mortgage and protection broker to work alongside the team of sales negs where the previous broker banked £160k

Main Duties:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker/adviser to work from a flagship estate agency office in the Croydon area.

The estate agency office is in the market leader for the Croydon area and the staff are all driven and successful in their own role.

The branch enabled the previous mortgage and protection broker to bank over £160k last year giving earnings of nearly £80k.

Covering the busy branch, you will alongside a sale focused team of negotiators and provides regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products. As well as receiving fresh leads from the team on a regular basis, you will also have access to the company's database of existing clients. Not only are qualified leads referred over, but you will also have at your disposal 00's of different mortgage products and competitive protection policies.

Key Skills:

Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage brokers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice.
