Job summary

Platinum Credit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a young, driven Loan Officer / Relationship Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role is not desk-bound; you will actively build networks, meet clients and develop business opportunities.

You should be hungry, energetic and street-smart, with diploma or above and strong interpersonal skills. You will identify loan opportunities, assess applications, manage the loan process and drive referrals through relationships, with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Polytechnic qualification or above.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your own network of clients, introducers and business contacts.
• Identify and originate suitable loan opportunities through personal networking and professional relationships.
• Meet prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and circumstances.
• Assess loan applications and supporting documents.
• Conduct credit assessment and make recommendations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Approve loans within the authorised limits and procedures.
• Manage the loan process from application through disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor repayments and follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Work closely with management to develop new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.
