Job summary

Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Hiab Drivers to work from a well-established operation based in Sherburn in Elmet.

You will be working on a Network Rail contract, delivering and collecting railway materials and tools across the rail network. This is ongoing work with a consistent 4 on / 4 off rota and flexible ad-hoc shifts available.

The role offers day and night shifts, with opportunities for additional overtime and weekly pay through Recruit A Driver.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Hiab certification
• Recent Class 2 and Hiab driving experience preferred
• Must be aged 21 or over
• Reliable, flexible and professional
• Comfortable day and night shifts

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting railway materials and tools
• Working on the Network Rail contract
• Operating a Class 2 vehicle with Hiab
• Working 4 days on / 4 days off / 4 nights on / 4 nights off rota
• Ad-hoc shifts available
• Additional shifts and overtime opportunities
• Ongoing work throughout the year
• Flexible rotas can be accommodated where possible
